FAQ

• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late check-outs can be requested prior to arrival. Note: Not guaranteed to be available. 
• Direct Booking Perks: Always receive the best rate with no third-party platform service fees when booking directly through our site.
• Current Guests: For urgent needs during your stay, please call or text our direct host line above for immediate attention.
• Parking: Free parking onsite. Two cars can park in the driveway and two on the street; please do not block the mailboxes.
• Dogs: Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed per stay. Must pay the dog cleaning fee at checkout. 
• Deposit: Yes, first-time guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit of $150 prior to check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided the home is left in good condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required.
• Kayak and Paddle-boarding: Yes, the park behind the property has a great spot to launch. 
• BBQ: Yes, a charcoal grill is provided. We do not provide charcoal. 
• Cancellation Policy: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY As a small independently hosted property, every reservation reserves our home exclusively for your group, and when a booking cancels, especially on short notice, those dates are difficult to fill again. For that reason, our cancellation policy is firm. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival will receive 50% refund. Cancellations made 13 days or fewer will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected changes. We appreciate your understanding.
